A special thank you to Brenda (Jackson) Bourgoin for her decades of work that got me started.  Because of your work I was able to start from where you left off with your brick wall and continue the search for our Aaron.

I am one of today's researchers who have the benefit of the internet and DNA.  Brenda did her research the old fashioned way with lots of driving, phone calls and regular mail.  She's been to multiple states and most counties in Maine in her many years of research.  What she had to travel hundreds of miles to gather is now at the tip of our fingers.

For this reason I want to thank Brenda and all the researchers like her who did it the HARD way in order for the next generation to continue on with the searching.
